Lost and found

Wie im letzten Post bereits angekündigt, ist Teddy auf dem Weg zum Polarkreis verloren gegangen. Wir dachten schon, dies sei das Ende seines Blogs. Aber da ich ihn auf der Fähre das letzte Mal gesehen hatte, habe ich Viking Line kontaktiert und Teddy wurde tatsächlich gefunden. Wir haben ihn - zum Glück im Unglück - in der Kabine der Fähre vergessen. Er war noch zwei Tage auf dem Schiff, bis er im Fundbüro angekommen ist. Von dort erhielten wir sogar Fotos!! In wenigen Tagen wird Teddy wieder bei uns sein.

As already mentioned in the last post Teddy got lost on his way to the Arctic Circle. We already feared that would be the end of this blog. But luckily we lost him on the Viking Line ferry (and not somewhere in a city) and so he was found. After two days on the ship he came to the lost & found. We even got some photos from there! Thanks a lot!
In a few days Teddy will be back home.

Der Anfang einer Reise zum Polarkreis / On the way to the Arctic Circle

Eigentlich sollte es in diesen Winterferien nach Rovaniemi gehen. Teddy wollte den Polarkreis sehen und den Weihnachtsmann treffen. Und das Nordlicht betrachten. Es kam anders. Er sah sich zwar noch Stockholm an und fuhr nach Turku, aber dann endete die Reise bereits. Er ging verloren!! Auf der Fähre der Viking Line haben wir ihn zum letzten Mal gesehen. Aber: es gibt ein happy end.

Actually Teddy wanted to spend this winter holidays in Rovaniemi. He wanted to visit the Artic circle, meet Santa and see Northern Lights. But well... he saw Stockholm and the Viking Line ferry Amorella... and got lost!! When we wanted to take photos of him in Turku we could not find him in our bags. When we arrived in Rovaniemi und emptied all our bags it was clear: teddy was lost. After a little shock and many tears by our youngest traveler there will be a happy end.
